Our story
Brookvale Plumbing & Heating was started in 2008 by Mark Brook, a Gas Safe engineer who'd spent a decade working for national firms and knew local customers deserved better than call centres and no-show appointments.
Today we're a team of six engineers covering Guildford and the surrounding Surrey towns. Every member of the team is directly employed, DBS checked and Gas Safe registered — we don't subcontract, so the person who quotes your job is the person who does it.
Most of our work still comes from word of mouth and repeat customers, which is exactly how we like it. We turn up when we say we will, keep your home clean, and stand behind every job with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
